1 March 2015 Some girls go through life looking and feeling fabulous non-stop. And then oh, yeah it’s that time of the month already. After that little observation they just continue with the general flow of life. I’m NOT one of those girls. In fact I’m so jealous of them!

comprare vardenafil 20 mg senza ricetta For me, it’s like my life gets hijacked by my hormones. You know the substances your body releases to regulate your fertility and remind your body you’re a female i.a. Well, they hate me! Sometimes I just feel as if my uterus is sucking the life out of me. My body aches, I can’t find a comfortable position to sleep in, my skin’s irritated and I feel super bipolar for no specific reason at all. And this is all before I actually get my period… PMS is a bitch!

prezzo viagra generico 50 mg pagamento online a Genova Yes, TMI, I know. But this is something hardly anyone ever talks about. So I’m putting it out there.
In my search for a remedy I came across some articles that suggested avoiding caffeine and alcohol, but I find my intake of red wine rapidly increases in these times of stress, so that’s just not gonna happen. Then there was even the mentioning of prozac… just shoot me now! That being said I’m trying some new thingies here and there to alleviate my suffering (oh the drama). Like taking evening primrose oil supplements (teunisbloemolie) and sipping an occasional dandelion tea. It’s still to early to tell but I’ll let you know how it works out.

vardenafil durata I know there’s not gonna be some magical solution that will make all the pain go away, but being a girl-with-a-plan that also has a full-time job whilst trying to maintain somewhat of a social life and meet potential candidates for a life-time-commitment, it is just tooooo much! So if I was a meanie to you for no specific reason, I’m sorry, I really am. But it’s not me, it’s mother nature ; )

comprare levitra online sicuro Bologna Funny but true tho. For me the spiral cleared all that crap away and cured me into believing that I am “one of those girls”. According to my auntie, it’s all BS that I give all the praise to that smaal medical procedure. She says that it has everything to do with food. Since food is where we start, after water right? She says eating tempeh gets her through EVERYTHING hormonal. Even the big menopause. So, my tip, eat more tempeh ;) I know I will.

click here Hey Lola, must be amazing to be FREE of all that drama! My doctor suggested the spiral and other hormonal anti-conception methods to level things out as well, but I really want to try “the-natural-way” first. Ah, yes tempeh, tofu and anything soy is said to have an estrogenic effect that supposedly helps our “hormonal craziness”. Good thing I’m already a soy lover ;)
